this is for virtualbox, not for booting on a pc

I didn't say it's for booting on the PC, but rather, be able to boot it in VirtualBox via USB.

Well, I wished it was way smaller. A micro-kernel Linux distro with Pegaswitch would be ideal though, at least be less than 64GB.

You can decrease the size of the vhd. I won't be able to do that for you though. Sorry

Am I doing something wrong?
My switch gets stuck at the pegaswitch screen, and if I back up it freezes and I have to force to restart it.

There are a whole bunch of tutorials in the other threads on getting to run an nro
