Hi, just downloaded YATA plus master, what do I open to start editing.
Also are there any applications other than Photoshop for making the images the right size?
Did you downloaded the source code or the application?
To edit images you can use every software you want, even paint
My bgm.bcstm file is too quiet, even at full volume. I tried boosting it by 5 dB in audacity and it does sound louder when I play it on YATA+, but doesnt seem to have an effect when on the 3ds.
Try to normalize it instead! My bgm.bcstm file is too quiet, even at full volume. I tried boosting it by 5 dB in audacity and it does sound louder when I play it on YATA+, but doesnt seem to have an effect when on the 3ds.
Sadly yes. But I equalize my BGMs to sound a lot better on 3DS speakers. The 3DS speakers suck

What did you use to convert it?You guys are using Audacity? I'm having a problem where my BGM is full of background noise
like a crakling / popping sound

Try this!Audacity, I cut the song lowered the bitrate and then converted it twice using YATA into my BGM
I don't know anything about music apps btw, Photoshop is my forte =p
This is the tune I want to edit for my home menu:
https://mega.nz/#!PtEHTYpS!7Bgn8O1mTMl0-_40mX6YXYO6zc8Jyu5-mo-SD6inSUA
It's 6MBs so I had to cut it in half and reduce bitrate, but how can I eliminate that
cracking noise?
As always, glad I could help!Wow that program is so much easier and worked like a charm!
Thanks!
Just apply the theme on your 3DS, go back to the Home Menu, press and hold Y and press right on the plus control pad! It'll save a screenshot of both screens on your SD card.Is there a certain way to get a PNG of the preview, or should I use a snipping tool?
