Hardware trying to buy this 3ds fire edition but.. cant determine if IPS or TN

Your best bet is to ask the seller to turn the system at an angle and highlight the notification icon if it changes from green to blue/teal/other colors than green then it's probably tn if it stays the same then you are probably good.

link to the images, I think the bottom is definitely IPS, the seller is making it hard to see the top panel? thoughts if its IPS or tN?

If the photos look like the real deal i guess IPS on bottom and TN Panel on top. I myself got an FE one with IPS Top and TN Bottom.
