Trouble getting Kega Fusion + Steam In Home Streaming to work?

Hello everyone,
After some configuration with Ice, I managed to add my Genesis games to Steam - everything works great on main computer, but, when I tried using with in-home streaming, keyboard does not work, except for the alt+f4 combination.
Has anyone got this to work?

Great idea/concept, but I don't know where it applies to my issue.

Sonic 2 HD is using custom engine of it.
