I agree, i liked their japnese voices much better. I dont think the dubbed ones are THAT bad though.

great game.interesting battle system,nice dialogs.
i played it for about 10 minutes and there are more dialogs,than gameplay.

BFC, ur not changing the game with an IPS patch. its the actual user that changes the code WHEN he applies to IPS patch to the rom. basically the is no game-code inside the IPS patch so the IPS patch itself is not illegal.

I'm still looking for the trimmed version. I don't like how it wont even fit on my 256 cart... =/

Or.. can anyone suggest an easy trimmer I can use to do it myself?

I found this page to be quite helpful in figuring out how to trim roms. I shrunk Riviera down to 130mb by just taking out all of the 00s. Check out the ROM Trimmer Guide at GBAFlashHaven. I used the second method involving the hexidecimal editor.

The other 2 reviews that didn't count for the score were 80% and 87%. Why do people let themself be influenced so much by a few reviews? Do you have no own opinion? GT3 scored 90 and more everywhere and it sucked for me - so what? And this "I only play 90 and higher games" is ridiculous anyway. There are many 70er games I like a lot more than so-called 90ers because they play more simple, don't have stupid features I hate etc. There can be many reasons. If the other reviews follow this score-area it is a bit disappointing of course but I would wait a bit more for other opinions.

4 reviews now - still at 70% (and yes I've noticed the two that didn't count)... and I doubt it's going to change. If the game's really that "bad", then you can't hide it. Sure, it's a matter of taste and I shouldn't solely rely on what gaming sites are saying about it, but (like I said) because I only have two 128Mbit cards that means I can't play it anyway and seeing these reviews ain't gonna make me order a bigger card - even though I love RPGs.

Nah, I think I'll just pass this one by and await something more promising

I might emulate the game some day though, or get it once I do own a 256Mbit or bigger card (like when I get a kit for my DS).
