Hardware Thinking about trading in my DSi for the 3DS.

I'm thinking about trading in my DSi for a price off on the 3DS for those free games. >:3 But me has question.

I'm going to turn it in at GameStop. Would I be allowed to first transfer my DSiWare and such to the 3DS before I gave them the DSi? Iunno. Just need an answers. :c.

On Topic - I think you can request to the GS employees that you be allowed to transfer the DSiware to the 3DS before you trade it in.

I don't see why they wouldn't let you but I can't make any promises. Also, no offense, but wouldn't it have been a lot easier and faster to just ask them directly instead of asking on here? You're pretty much guaranteed to get a definite answer from them, while on here you'll probably just get a lot of "I think so"s and such.
