Nothing I have said is anti-LGB.
Yes, you did. You just put a lot of layers on top of everything you say so it looks like you haven't said anything.
Anyway... Fuck this thread, shit is making me lose braincells at this point.

The police and court
????????
Those are part of the governing body.
The police is there to enforce laws. Courts, are intended to interpret laws.
So who makes the laws?

Are you advocating for a police state? Aka authortainism? Like no seriously. Since I am still damn confused on what the hell you were trying to say

What offends me is this stupid argument "x action done by y community that is objectively harmful is going to be used against y community therefore we shouldn't talk or do anything about action x and instead cry about how opressed group y is".
But that was NOT my argument
I'm not saying that this shouldn't be discussed. IT SHOULD, but i don't like people addressing the whole LGBT+ community on the issue. That's literally all.
And how does that offend you? I cannot understand you... For real.

See the fact that you think Gay marriage has made an increase in pedophilia makes me immediately ignore you. That's a pathetic attempt to try and straw-man my argument.

You're telling me that Roe V. Wade being overturned was a bad idea? because according to you more laws and less governing bodies are important. See, I can straw-man too.
What i'm saying is that it happened, whether gay marrige is to blame or not matters little. Personally i wish legalizing gay marrige led to gay people being accepted into wider society and have nuclear families. However thats not what happened. Maybe gay marrige came to late and the current degeneracy was already inevitable regardless of what was legalized, who knows. But there is nothing wrong with a law that prevents sexual performances in front of children.

Police enforcing laws is not automatically authoritarianism. Im saying that police and courts are enough to deal with this. Theres no need for more government bloat.

Thats how they identify themselves. Do you have a term for them? We uses to call them groomers, but that was somehow anti lgbtq. Even though the point was to separate them into their own category.

Police enforcing laws is not automatically authoritarianism.
If the police are making the laws then yes it is.
So it bears repeating.
Who is making the laws?
Your advocating for a police and court system. One protect existing laws. One clarifies existing laws.
You are missing the part that creates laws.
Since you call it bloat as in a governoring body, implying that there is no form of congress or sorts. Or law makers.I am assuming that either
A. The police is making laws
B. That somehow the courts are making laws
Both sound extremely authortarian. I'm just asking for clarification.

So then why say Gay marriage is the reason why pedophilia is up on the rise if it doesn't matter?

I'll humor you. Sure, there's nothing wrong with making a law on it, but instead of making a law that targets these drag shows and makes every form of a drag show only accessible to adults, why not just include these 18+ drag shows with the explicit content you all seem to (rightfully so) have issues with in laws already in-place for strip joints, and other adult-oriented entertainment? why make a law specific to drag shows other than to cause more fear mongering?

"What i'm saying is that the reports of pedophilia have grown on the last years, and even if there's no data or research that correlates gay marriage with this, i'll keep saying that it both are actually correlated because fuck it, it does no affect me then why should i care am right"
Dumbest fucking comment on this thread, for real.

Fear mongering implies the things that scares people isn't actually happening, when it is. And the point is to make enforcement faster and punishments harsher.

Im not saying that kids being abused in private is on the rise or that its connected to gay marrige if it was (although there was that story about 2 boys adopted by a gay couple getting monkeypox somehow). Whats undoubledly on the rise is children being exposed to age inappropriate topics and imagery in school, libraries and other public places. This is not classified as pedophilia in any statistics but a lot of parents would consider it a problem. Have i made it clear enough now?

I've already explained this a few times, but just in case you didn't see it.

These examples are few and far between by biased media trying to push an agenda that this is more of a problem than it already is. I have never seen of or heard of any of these supposed damaging 18+ drag shows being performed in-front of kids, other than a small handful of examples, that should be dealt with accordingly.

There's already harsh punishment for people who willingly allow minors into adult venues. why not just extend one of those laws to cover 18+ drag shows? again, it's because of fear mongering and "trying to make an example" if it was really about protections than they would just extend those laws to cover 18+ drag shows. instead it's about making a fuss over a problem that's pretty small at best anyways.

Which is made up of representives that were elected. However
Also laws are objectively better than a governing body in any situation.
(Me what do you mean, laws imply a governing body)
You: police and courts
Me: who's making the laws
You: the house Tennese
Basically at this point I'm left with
"You made gebberish because it sounded smart"
Laws are part of the governing body. The governing body itself cannot be objectively better than itself. That doesn't make any sense.

Edit: or you don't want to say what you wanted say. Because it would look bad.

Ok well hopefully this new law puts a stop to these, whether they are far few in between cases or a massive problem. And then we'll never hear about them again. What is the proboem with that exactly?

I said what i said befause someone (im not following who) said that instead of a law against drag queen shows for children, a new government body should be created to deal with it. And i think that is stupid because the government bodies needed to deal with this already exist and theres no need for another one.

Thats how they identify themselves.
One can identify themself however they want. Under the LGBT+ umbrella there's million of people around the whole world.
There's people, and media, who accuses the whole community of grooming because there's people who are groomers that identify with the LGBT+ umbrella.
Motherfucker could identify himself as a professional juggler, as part of the taoist community, but once it comes to light that he's a pedophile no one will accuse the whole fucking community he's part of pedophilia. That's the exact opposite with the LGBT+ people. One motherfucker who's gay is arrested for grooming and suddendly the whole gay community is to blame.
Isn't that weird? It's almost like this was... biased. Huh. Could this be made on purpose to like... uhh... frame a whole group that a huge and relevant part of society still hates to cause histeria and fear and more hate so it's easier to attract their clicks and views toward media that purposely sells this kind of headlines?

I'll ask again, how do i refer to these people who claim to be part of the lgbt community and will accuse you of being anti lgbt the moment you call them out? What would, to you, be an appropriate term that singles out those people in particular without pulling in the rest of the lgbt people that are against them?

I've already explained the problem; It's a fear-mongering slippery slope of a super specific law that can easily be an extended porton of an already in-place law. Its not Tennessee trying to protect children; it's Tennessee trying to swing it's dick around saying that drag and LGBT stuff isn't okay. If it was about child protections, they'd just extend one of the in-place laws protecting children to cover 18+ drag shows.

Besides, you really think that one little state banning this shit is going to change a damn thing? absolutely not. If that were the case then child pornography wouldn't be a problem on TikTok.

That's easy, call them an asshole and be on your way. if they aren't going to accept you for having your opinions, then clearly you weren't meant to get along with them.

Change is not binary. It won't solve the problem, but it might reduce it. And if other states follow, it might reduce it a lot.

You call them assholes, pedophiles, groomers, the individuals responsibles for the action, not the group that they, coincidentially, are part of.

And you know what happens when we do that? We get called homophobic for calling lgbt people those words, even though we are calling out the exact individuals responsible. And then flying monkeys like you show up and pile on with "not all lgbt people are pedophiles" like no shit i didn't say they were. And "by calling gay people groomers you are perpetuating a right wing fear momgering campaign that endangers the lives of bla bla bla..." im fucking sick of this shit.

It absolutely won't solve the problem, and it likely isn't going to reduce much anyways, but that's besides the point. If they were really worried about child protection and not making an example of the LGBT community as a whole, they would just extend laws that are already in-place instead of making a big stink about drag shows. Just like change, drag shows aren't binary, and either you haven't seen American TV, or don't pay much attention to it, because for at least a decade, there's been shows about drag and nobody has batted an eyelash until recently. now all the sudden because of a few individuals who are being idiotic, showing their kids absurd shit, and then okaying it under the premise of LGBT, a whole community, a whole art-form is under scrutiny.

Again, it's not about protection, it's about dragging a group in the mud (no pun intended)

Sounds like you're just talking to the wrong group of people. Cancel culture is incredibly toxic, but I assure you most actual people I've met that fall under the LGBT umbrella aren't as black and white as that and understand nuances.

They will 100 percent call out their own group because of their problematic behavior. Social media and the vocal minority has really skewed your view on a whole group, and that sucks.
