ROM Hack .tarc File Extractor?

I wanted to poke around in the japanese Magician's Quest game for the 3DS. It's similar to animal crossing, but also has a magic system (assuming it's like the one we got here for the DS).
Most of the files are in a .tarc format, with the first 4 bytes spelling out "TBAF"
Does anyone know of an unpacker for this?

Don't know if this is relevant to you anymore, but I was able to extract some of the .tarc files using the Marvel Tarc TBAF script on QuickBMS

Kuriimu's Karameru may also be of use to you, though many of the archive types are still in development. Dev/community seems willing to help if asked.

I tried extracting some of the files but I get additional files like .rdbt, .rndx or some other files. I tried seeing how to extract or open those but I have had no luck so far.
