Ok, he is from Andorra. Andorra is close to Spain, so i guess they use PAL version. So there are high posibilities to be a fake.

Confirmed, in Andorra the TV Standar is PAL, so he can't have the game yet.

It will definately be ntsc that shows first, and use your common sense people, telling anyone to do anything doesnt make it happen, control yourselfs, one day you might be able to come here and say ive got this game, do you really want people to tell you to upload it, especially in a public board where anyone and everyone can see whats going on, that type of thing stays in the background, especially in console scene, as the 3 big players Nintendo and Sony and MS are always on the prowl and believe me they are good at what they do. Years ago I had internal affairs over just for being site admin that traded console and i was tracked down in New Zealand for a nl site. Utwente anyone...lol
