Dreams are very intimate. They are a way of getting to know yourself. If you feel like you have to tell your dreams to someone, it means that you don't trust you with you. At the same time, you might want to share them for the same reason.
I had a dream where I was on a school bus with childhood friends, and we encountered a trans-dimensional being that threatened our reality. I can't remember what happened, or how much time passed, but what I do know is that there was a "time warp" and we were brought back to the beginning, to being on a school bus, before confronting this being. As the narrator I knew, this time, that one of my childhood friends were missing. As a participant, there was only a strange feeling not knowing why. (I'm capable of being at two places at once btw)
I get a little Earthbound vibe mixed with something I haven't experienced in any other medium.
If you guys could guide me to a therapist or share a show/movie/game that explores this sort of scenario, I'd appreciate.

I have this recurring dream where I check the clock to see if it's time to get up, and I check the dream clock
Well of course the dream clock is always something crazy - like 10pm when I am supposed to get up at 7AM
So I see it, freak out and wake up - and it's 3AM
I feel like my own brain is trolling me

As for your dream. It just seems that you are anxious about waking up on time.
I used to go to sleep believing that I will wake up at a certain time, and did not use an alarm clock. Even though I couldn't be conscious to observe the passage of time, I somehow still knew and would wake up exactly at the time that I planned (to the minute!). It got a little scary for me as I didn't know how to trust my "subconscious" (if that is what it is).
I prefer to use an alarm clock and only rely on that other side of me in the case of a real emergency.
