Since you don't like spoilers, I'll try to explain without them
Short answer: basically you can't do a full, spoiler free play through no matter what the order is
Long answer: assuming you know what the geoglyphs does, the problem is that after starting the game and finishing the tutorial part, you're going after the sages, then ganon, hope this isn't spoilers this is well known in every game
the true order of the game cutscenes is the first 2/3 geoglyphs(not a accurate number) -> sages in order the game directs you -> other geoglyphs -> master sword -> ganon
this seem to be practical if we ignore how hard it is to do it, but by knowing the order of the geoglyphs and when to stop and go for the sages, you're already spoiled, if you look the geoglyphs in an random order (like any casual player would do), you see the cutscenes in a strange order, which you kind of get spoiled by the game

So no more playing free world after the final boss mission then? Saw a lot of npc missions wouldn't mind coming back to but if I can't then just won't do final boss fight then. I think it's final one, the real one not the phantom ones. I also don't have the glyphs done either.

you can return to the open world just fine

I'm having quite some trouble with some hitboxes in the game, sometimes I get pushed away by some iwaroks or generally boss enemies while I see in other gameplay videos that people don't have that problem. Has that anything to do with cheats or with the file that leaked some weeks ago?

Differently from BOTW that I had to do the Zora path every Blood Moon to replenish arrows in TOTK they are very well distributed, pretty much every Bokoblin with a Bow will drop a x5 arrow pack, so just find a few camps and attack those.

Oh, break barrels too, they pretty much always have arrows inside them.

The glyphs take me running around them for a long time to finally spawn the memory tear, I mean I've been running around the one on the eastern coast plataeu for a while and I still can't get the memory interact to load on any of the tears. Very strange behavior I think I've got 8 or so done. The cheats I'm using seem to speed the whole game up not just the character movement speed, v11 ryujinx.

Is it possible to get 40 hearts and maxed out stamina with all the shrines? I was at 37 Hearts and maxed stamina upon clearing all the shrines. I found the 38th heart doing the Great Plateau quest where you bring the 4 eyes into the depths but unsure if there are 2 quests that give heart containers/stamina.

Anyone having any issues with the "Unknown Huge Silhouette" mission from Gralens in the Emergency Shelter? Third big monster in the second set. I defeated the Hrox at the marker and it looked like the objective changed, but Gralens didn't say anything different, and the marker is still where the now dead Hrox is.
Edit: I didn't turn it in properly. If you ask about the monster in the same way you accepted, it just resets the quest, but going back down after a blood moon updates the objective again. Need to select "I hunted something" or the quest just loops.

Just try. You get it from shooting the feet. Dinraals hitboxes seems a bit wanky though. I recommend saving when it is approaching in the area of Thyphlo Ruins Tower, then glide over via the tower and take your time to really aim at the claw. If you didn't get it, just reload. The dragons position is saved, so you have unlimited tries

Just try. You get it from shooting the feet. Dinraals hitboxes seems a bit wanky though. Just wanna ask if it's just me or does this happen to anyone as well. When I start the game in Yuzu, it says "launching" for ~30s. Is this normal? And my audio in cutscenes is out of sync. Is there a fix for this?

The dragons have a 10 minute cooldown timer after knocking a dragon part loose. If your arrows are going through the dragon instead of hitting it, you already got a part and it's on cooldown.

Is Epona in game or do i need to use an amibo or botw save. I have neither.

Game crashes during the dragon sky fight, too much going on idk, maybe just watch it on yt or something do the other stuff. Never did get the glyph in the spiral island to spawn, I got the master sword another way.
