Ok, I don't like to double post but for some reason the game won't let me enter camera mode to scan the QR code for +3 time in Stella Glow. :-( I tried my normal cheat using system AND a different 3DS (old) both had the same problem. What am I doing wrong??

That's something that Stella Glow does for no good reason. If your intention is to scan ARCodes, save the QR code for the code you're using, use this to get the URL of the QR code, and then use a URL shortening service like goo.gl to shorten the URL. Clear your browser's cookies and history, close the browser, and re-open it, and then enter the URL. It should work just fine; that's how I got mine to work.

Just a quick FYI, Spider ARCodes won't work on a New 3DS, and the reason you're being asked for an update is most likely because, if you downgraded your browser and your emunand is on 10.3, the browser wasn't version-patched. Find a version of the CIA that is version-patched and you won't get the nag. If you're not using emunand, then that means your sysnand is on 10.3; Spider doesn't work on 10.3, only up to 9.2. Downgrade your system to 9.2 and set up emunand, and you'll be good to go.

EDIT: Read over your post again, your 10.3 version is too high to use Spider, and I'm not sure about your 9.5 system; it might work. Regardless, you need to downgrade to 9.2 on your 10.3 system to use Spider.

Actually both systems are O3DS XL. Haven't been brave enough to try and cheat on my N3DS XL yet... I don't know if I could wrap my head around trying to figure it out. >_<

Look up NTR CFW. It's a bit complicated to work with, but it's manageable.

Yea at the moment im using ntr cfw with layeredfs for rom hacks. Yea I know there are plugins for ntr cfw games etc but I think its harder to debug games rather than just looking at a fcram.bin file xD

You can dump the RAM using NTR CFW and then look at it with Cheat Engine or whatever utility you're going to use, to find the offsets, and then create a cheat plugin for it.

process id in RAM for most games. it's where the process for the game is. ever used task manager on Windows? kinda like processes on that but much different.

ah, it seems that someone else already found that, sorry. Looked on fort42 and other places to see if anyone posted codes for this first, didn't find much. Was surprised to find his codes here, since I didn't see them elsewhere.

As soon as i finish downloading the cia you have up and installing it ill get right one it haha. I'm still combing through his Japanese 1.1 codes I might be able to replicate the max money fairly quickly the rest though might take me some time
