Nah, I used a program called Ultimate Gbc VC Injector which just creates a .cia virtual console game from a gbc rom.
Thats what I figured. So what is the problem? Eventually Nintendo gets pissed, sends a CND, and it goes away.
Big deal right? Plus it's not as if Nintendo sells Crystal anymore period. They are not losing any income from it.
Yeah. I don't know why someone would freak out over the situation. And it's not even pokémon crystal, it's a bad bootleg of it.

@K3Nv2 I got some cheapies at wallys, that are pretty good, already have lost a few expensive ones (one falls out and gone, can't find) while cutting grass so bought some cheap ones, and of course never lose these cheap ones. (Cheap meaning only $35, compared to air buds which I only have 1 of 2 now)
