Its a fake card return it and get a refund. Buy from an official retailer (walmart/target/radio shack/best buy) a sandisk card or buy one from amazon directly from sandisk as the seller for a much lower price.

Just buy a sandisk card its guaranteed to work get your refund and buy online from the link I posted or an official retailer. Also i'm curious who sold you this and for how much in USD.

I would stay away from Transcend, I had a 32 GB Transcend card and it broke within 6 months of me buying it. It's the only SD card I have ever had that has broken, maybe it was just bad luck but it seems like they use lower quality flash chips.
SanDisk seems to be the best for Sky, Samsung Evo cards are great but I hear they don't work very well with the Sky.

well strangely ive been using like 1 month transcend 1gb card class 4 and it works fine(well theres still some crashes like when animation battle disappear or hang when battle for fire emblem awakening game but less occured)(or fantasy life loading screen/npc gone crash)

if you feel like it you can run that card as well (the test will be super fast) through the test the same way and I can tell you if its real or not

You use it for your sky3ds so NVM dont do it I dont own a sky card and wouldn't be able to tell you how to get it all back onto the card.

suprise, few hours after i post the result the manager himself come to my house, he said he dont wanna refund, he bring new card(the same one as image above) and when i sdformat+ run h2testw... same result.........i can confirm he will bring 100 same sd card and still get the same result.....>.>

Thats unfortunate did you explain that the cards he's giving you are fakes and dont have the same amount of memory as shown?
