Several times. Though my access point when downgrading wasn't menuhax if you were expecting that I had an install for a different payload.Did u uninstall menuhax and then reinstall it? If not u should try it.

Highest firmware you can downgrade is 10.3.0

Not sure where the discrepancy is with the MD5's but the first pic has the name of a New 3ds file name and the second has a pic of an Old 3ds file name.I'm confused...
the md5 check is weird.
A number of tuts says to match:
E5F40C3B155CFD12EF38BE35D2E81D2E
But I get a diff number.
Plus, the zip I got from the blog says to match the MD5 with:
E6339468A1E82B1D50E9222F017C0477
Which is the exact number I have in the checksum above.
So is every thing okay??? Are those older tuts just old and outdated?

Which version are you trying to find?
The checksum of the N3ds 9.2 file I have on my pc is E5F40C3B155CFD12EF38BE35D2E81D2E Which I've successfully downgraded from 10.7 with.Well the site displays them all with the same name but in "OLD" and "NEW" 3DS sections.
I'm using a New3DS and that is the MD5 number listed in the "NEW 3DS" section.
If it helps I also used that "SafeSysUpdater" to check my pack and it says everything is good.

I'd personally do a bit more digging to grab the one with that MD5, but that's just me.
Odd, Because I got mine from the chaos site. Oh well I guess, maybe something's changed since then. I guess if that's where you got yours, and safesysupdater's check says it's fine, it SHOULD be good. But of course, not having used that one personally, I can't make promises.I checked the mega blog, that iso3ds site, and that 3ds chaos site but couldn't find your MD5 number on ANY of them...
I guess your is outdated (at this present time)

I found your number on reddit but the comment that had it was posted 2 months ago.

Just out of curiosity, the pack you have that doesn't match my MD5. Does it have 5 more files than mine?Okay, I'm getting the MD5 @Onyxflamegod was saying and what older tutorials were saying.
But... What pack should I use?? This one... or the pack that "iso"/"Chaos"/"MegaBlog" has right now???
I also ran the file you sent through the "SafeSysUpdater" to check if they are good and it was all good (same with the current packs as well)...

And more specifically, if it DOES have 5 more files, is it this 5?

Yeah it hit me that that may be the issue when I saw the Old3ds update pack I have and remembered the files. I'd just go with the pack you have. Those should be the proper Old 3ds files you want, and would explain the different MD5.Just an FYI before I answer...
Some else responded to me and said that the current (N3DS) packs have 2 more files than the ones before, he said the extras are o3DS cia files and that they were irrelevant (but still safe I guess)
To answer your question; I have the
0004001B00010802
0004009B00010402
listed on that thread.
Coincidentally... these are the 2 extra files in the current (U.S. N3DS) packs.
As you can clearly tell, the first 2 have an older "modified" date stamp.
... Considering all of the CIAs in the N3DS have been modified on 8/3/15 besides the first 2, I think these are the files that end up giving a different MD5 number.

The one I linked you is the one I used and have linked to a handful of others here.
