Hello everyone. I'm new here and I would like to know how can I save my GBA games on the NOR memory with an Acekard 2 flashcart. Any help is welcome. Thank you very much.

Yes, I've tried that. But the saves files are deleted when I turn off the NDS. I think the saves are saved in a "RAM like memory".

Sorry for my english. And thank you for your help. Any other idea?

on the 3in1 you have the psram, nor, and sram. psram and nor hold the game (size depending) and sram holds your save file. the sram is connected to a battery, if the battery is dead your saves will not be stored when you power-off. akaio only lets you dump the sram to a .sav on reboot as its something done from within the firmware that can not be accessed when running in gba mode.

if akaio is configured correctly and your saves are not being backed-up then i would suggest you check your battery. you can also give gba exploader (its on filetrip.net) a try.

Thanks for your help, Another World. Let me ask you some question. How can I find if the battery is dead? Is there any way to change the battery? And can you please tell me how can I configure akaio correctly? Thank you again!
C ya!

this is going off topic, those type of questions belong in the forum.

dead battery, pick up a volt meter. i think the battery was 3 volts, but i'm not 100% sure any longer. yes you can replace it, you just need to buy the right battery and solder it in. to configure akaio correctly click the link i added above and read it. then go through the options and set akaio to back up saves on start-up, and set it to prompt (if you like to be sure its working).

if the save is not backed up you could have a corrupt file or other problems with broken sram. this is why i suggested that you also give gba exploader a try.
