Installed the new update, all is working. Seems this only works on Ironhax 2.1, confirmed it with my N3DS

I think it's because 2.1 has access to some AM services, whereas 2.0 doesn't.

When I try to open Animal Crossing, I get a black screen. Every other game/app works.

Don't mind the black screen just click a and it should still back up as long as u see a little bit of screen clipping on the side

Has anyone tested an Animal Crossing New Leaf cart? Does it have the same save protection as the digital version? If not, would I technically be able to have two different save backups and switch between them?

I went ahead and tried this out for myself and it worked fine. Hopefully there's a fix for the glitched screen though.

Hey so I was able to back up my Animal Crossing: New Leaf save file but when I open the saveDataBackup folder on my pc it is full of a bunch of random files. Is this normal? I thought I would be getting a .bin or something like that.

No that's not possible. I mean it's open source so someone could port it, but... You have to find someone who want's to do so.

U change nothing just use the garden.dat and name it nothing

No that's not possible. I mean it's open source so someone could port it, but... You have to find someone who want's to do so.

I am a noob at this so thanks for bearing with me, but what editor do you use? I tried the online one but it seems to have been taken down and I downloaded one and it can't seem to find the file. Also what do you mean by name it nothing? Nothing as in "" or nothing as in "nothing".

Hi guys.

2 problems for me.

1) SDMH "corrupted": http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2015/36/1441150947-1.jpg

2) And when I launch the SaveTool, I have:

Open archive: 0xC920454F
Could not access the savedata archive! Press X to exit.

I'm running Ninjhax (via Cubic Ninja) 2.1b with the latest boot.3dsx on my N3DS EUR 9.0.

That definitely means you're not using the latest Ninjhax and/or boot.3dsx. Double check it.

Mine working fine on both Cubic Ninja and Ironfall. N3DS USA 9.9.0. Some users said it only worked well until they updated to 9.9.0. So maybe it's that then. But since you're on a more open firmware version, I think you will find it hard to update just for this.

ah is any one willing to edit save data managment since its open source and put a save selection screen so i don't have to keep moving the saves every time i want to import one
