Hello. Is anyone still talking about this? I thought I was able to access pictochat after my R4 was set up, but I just tried and I can't remember. So what I gather is there is like a dsi .nds bios file and a few games that u can access pictochat? Can anyone link me to the .nds? What I'm trying to do is put my r4 in my 3ds and use it to communicate with my ds. Will that work? Thanks.
