that would be a good start , better than nothingNot to a full good jailbreak, but we can get features like on 1.76. SteamOS, maybe backup management, and maybe PS2 or PS1 support.

Hmm... Is there a way yet to download DLC or game updates yet without updating the PS4 firmware? I read that the update bypasser was patched, is that true?4.05 released , to update or to not...
Dunno. :/Hmm... Is there a way yet to download DLC or game updates yet without updating the PS4 firmware? I read that the update bypasser was patched, is that true?
4.05 already. Jeez, I was hoping to grab DS III DLC tonight and then turn off network features tonight after work. Sony Mofo's![]()
So to clarify, there's no way to access PSN without updating firmware? I just picked up a new game and it won't let me play it unless I'm on 3.70+, am I forced to choose between the game or not updating?
I see, well I almost guarantee I'll regret this, but time to update to 4.05!Yep. Only installed disc games can be played without updating. If you buy a new game it won't let you. If it is a game that was used before the update was available then you can.
