There's no doubting that a GTA game could shift Vitas.
All 3 PSP games did well for Rockstar and if this turns out to be real (I think it is) it could be the killer app both Sony and the Vita have been waiting for!

Sorry, but you're being a bit hopeful. Neither actually specifically mention GTA. Rockstar make games other than Grand Theft Auto.

Not enough clues for a GTA on Vita but i'm all for more Rockstar games, they are usually clever and good fun.

Well Chinatown Wars didn't do well but it didn't do well anywhere. Still probably my favorite GTA on the PSP (although I think the DS version is the best).

Considering that GTA did quite well on the PSP (not several millions but a couple million sales is still great) a Vita GTA game is pretty reasonable.

They could just call it GTA V. V for Vita, not five.

If it turns out to be true and it's made by Rockstar, not some backwater studio, it's going to be a system seller.

Frankly I'm surprised that we're not seeing "GTA: Vice City" or "GTA: San Andreas" re-releases for the PSVita - I mean, "GTA 3" was even released for Android and iOS, but not the PSVita yet.

I'm just reposting the info from another site.
Also if you watch the hiphopgamer vid (around 4.20 lol) he talks about the Vita game that his previously proven sources have mentioned.
In the next week or so Sony have said they have some intriguing announcements to make too. Probably to steal some thunder from the NextBox unveiling.

This could be anything though I don't think Sony would announce a GTA R* game.

Well they were teasing the 15th anniversary for GT so it's not out of the question.

Bummer it's not GTA but GT does pretty well and hopefully it'll move some units.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see Gran Turismo be on both Vita and PS3. Though you guys better get a 32GB card just for GT6's updates alone
