I did use unecm, .bin and .cue are named exactly the same as it should be. Thanks for replying by the way! Other ideas?

I believe the folder should be ux0:/data/retroarch/system

I've tried in this folder ux0:/data/retroarch/system and not working... Dont detect bios...

Make sure you don't use the MOVE command in vitashell, only use COPY and PASTE, MOVE seems to be bugged.
I have SCPH1001.BIN and SCPH5502.BIN in data/retroarch/system, I don't know which one of the two is recognized but it works, make sure they are called exactly that and not something like "PSX - SCPH5502.BIN"!

That did it. The game works!!! It does have some slowdown. That said I am amazed at how good it looks on the LCD Vita. SOOOO much better than my OLED.

Okay so is it normal for saving to not work? Also if you go to the main Vita screen and go back in the screen blacks out. Is that normal too? If so how do you do save states?

While in game, you can open Quick Menu (depends which button you select to open it). Here you can choose the Save slot, save and load.

You can use in game saving but after you save, and you are done playing, just make sure to exit the game through the retroarch quick menu. The default for this is L + R + Start + Select.

Can anyone tell me what they do when you need R2 / L2 on the PSx games? For example on GTA2 shooting is L2 or R2 and I can't work out how to map it to something so it's playable. Any ideas?

So, how long until we can properly map the controls to a dualshock on pstv? Playing with the dpad is terrible. And not even R2 and L2 are recognized :(

Not sure if the Move command is the problem anymore on Vitashell v1.2 as I've moved plenty and all OK.
It was on my previous Vitashell V0.95.
So it could be permissions set when moved on v0.95 still attached.

I'm on 1.2 too and I've had the issue, it probably depends on from where you are moving the files. I used the .mp4 QCMA trick to transfer the files and safe vpk's don't have permission to access the ux0:/videos folder, so when I moved the files from there to ux0:/data I guess the permission on those files was not updated to reflect that they where now in a safe folder, copying and pasting them fixed that I assume.
