With NTR CFW, I've successfully edited
HP, SP, Attack/Guard/Support levels for every character
Max money
99 of every item (including key items)

I'll post NTR codes here tomorrow if anyone is interested.

The amount will not reflect yet, and your gold will be in the negative, but if you go to the shop, you can buy all the items, buying a simple item will instantly change your money to 999999.

my memlayout():

I honestly have no idea how to do anything with ARCode. I just found all of the NTR codes myself with the NTR Debugger.

Sorry but, as far as I know, editing saves is completely different from editing the game's memory while it's actually running, which is what NTR does. There's no way to convert between them.

    You ever try soaper powder/qauludes? I did once and like a dumbass drank beer on top of taking, I woke up laying in my backyard in the pouring rain, it knocked me out. I have not seen it around in many many years.
