Hacking Remote Play on 3.15

Hello, i got a ps vita and i ve got some problemes, i need to clear up .

Can i remote play with 3.15?

Is there any way to connect my vita with the ps4 without updating my PsVita?

Can i connect my Xperia z3 with the ps4 without internet? ^^

Unfortunately, PS4 Remote Play is something that requires you to log in to PSN (even on local network remote play for some reason...), so that's a no-go until there is some smart way around it, and I don't really see it happening anytime soon.

You can do PS3 remote play on lower firmwares, but that's about it.
