Is there a way to save data? I wanna play Super Mario Sunshine, but since the data wont save, there really isn't a point in playing it.
Ah, that makes sense. I appreciate the help!It looks as though you have not enabled Memcard Emulation in Nintendont.
Have you set Memcard Emulation option to ON in Nintendont settings? Without this, GC games will NOT save.
In case you don't already know, by default this injector creates GC injects to Auotboot straight into the game, so you will not be able to access the Nintendont settings.
If your creating your OWN GC injects:
To do this, you have to Disable Autoboot in the injector app, once you created your inject, then from here once you boot up the GC inject, go to the settings and change this option, you MUST boot the game for the settings to save, if you simply change the Nintendont settings and just exit, this WILL NOT save.
Alternatively, you can just boot into vWii mode and launch Nintendont straight from the Homebrew Launcher, change your settings, again, you have to BOOT a game for the settings to save.
NOTE: Must have a GC ISO on your SD CARD for this method, so obtain your own GC ISO and put the file on your SD CARD at the following location:
SD CARD/Games/Name of Game/game.iso
Above is how the folder should be set out for Nintendont to boot GC games straight from the SD CARD.
If your not creating you own GC injects and downloading them from elsewhere, follow the alternative method above.
Hello,
I managed to do an Injection on Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn but for the PAL version the controller just gets crazy and do inputs on it's own, for the USA version when I try to boot it I just get a black screen after the Wii logo on the gamepad and my controllers(wii mote + gamepad) gets disconnected and nothing happens, I have to unplug the power cable to be able to reboot my wii u...
Does anyone have a solution for any of these please? Thank you.
I'm running on Haxchii on a EUR version WII U 5.5.2.
Xs4all you are a very very helpful member. And a legend.First, check out the WiiU VC Wii inject compatibility list site and read the notes regarding this game for the EUR/PAL version, as for the black screen issue with USA versions of Wii games, this is normal, where possible if your EUR/PAL region console, always inject using your region.
Some USA Wii games doesn't have the PAL video modes coded into the game and you will always get black screen, if this is the case, your only option is to use the "Patch video mode with Wii-VMC.." option in the Advanced tab. What this does is attempt to patch the video modes to PAL, my experience, this works most of the time, however where are a few games that refuses to work.

Hey everyone
I'm having a problem specifically with the game Arc Rise Fantasia - this supposedly has classic controller support, so I emulated that. It works fine when in the opening credits, but once I hit "start" to begin a new game, it comes up that I need to connect to the wii mote. Now, this wouldn't be much of an issue, I have a wii mote and have no problem using that if I have to, the problem is once the game boots up it causes the wii mote to turn off and it's impossible to sync it again.
Anyone have a similar problem with a game?
After I've run my games through this tool and created folders on my PC like WUP-N-RB4E_...... how do I then get them installed on my USB HDD? Do I just need to put these folders in the root of my SD card and then use wupinstaller to install them to USB?
Did you try not renaming them? They'll have real names on the menu once installedWell WUP Installer GX2 didn't work. It gave an error saying to check that all the WUP files were present. I did rename the folders to add the game name at the start so that I knew which was which but that wouldn't stop it installing would it?
So how do I install them?
Alternatively in the injector script Open Nintedont SD Card Menu and hit the Memcard Emulation checkbox. Then you can just let the game autobootAh, that makes sense. I appreciate the help!
Renaming folders generated by WiiVC Injector isn't a problem as long as you don't use special characters on it !
