Can someone make a tutorial on how to use this to replace skins in minecraft New3ds edition?
I'd start by extracting the RomFS of the game and finding out what file the skin is stored in. Then, depending on the file type, take the steps to replace it with another skin. Then place the resulting file in SD:/OnionFS/00040000001b8700/romfs/path/to/file, place OnionFS.plg in SD:/plugin/00040000001b8700/, load NTR with BootNTR selector and start the game.

So i can use this for english patch of MHXX on o3ds or my 3ds is too weak?
For that, Luma layerdfs would work much better. The cfw is patching the files itself vs begging to load something first. Also, your 3ds is powerful enough to use ntr, just make sure that when using an extended memorygame such as mhxx to load the ntr mode 3 version.

Im looking to install Luma soon or in future, because now im little confused :P
Anyway what i need to do to use the english patch with NTR? Just copy the files, but where? Sure the folder the title id, and inside the romfs folders with patched files, but i must copy the title id folder on root of the sd?? And add OnionFS.plg in "root/plugins/title id of the game" path?
(I can also use ActionReplay.plg in this way?)

Luma is the cfw, you have it already. Cfw is a Custom FirmWare. Ntr isn't actually a cfw, it just runs on top of it.

I have/use GW emuNAND, and load NTR from there. I can still use these patchs?
Nevermind then. Ntr will work, but I am HEAVILY encouraging you to install luma ASAP. Gateway isn't being updated anymore and has far too many drawbacks to be considered viable. Anyway, if you really are insistent on staying with gateway, download ntr mode 3 from fbi titledb.

Sort of. Keep gateway for now, go to 3ds.guide and use the 4.5 browser method.
So i can keep my FW 4.5.0 if i install Luma? Because i think we cant use cheats in GW format on luma AR plugin for extended memory games (GW cheats works for games such as MH gen)
Because i want to try Luma3DS, but if is not good enough for me, sure i'll want to back to GW.

There's a separate build of ntr that supports extended Memory games. Also while technically possible to stay on 4.5, there are so many upsides to being on the latest firmware that you might as well do it. Make a nand backup before you do anything just in case you want to downgrade again.

You mean a NTR that support plugins over 300kb of size for o3ds or we talk about the same version?
Anyway can you tell me how to do nand backup?
I remember i have a NAND.BIN i did very much time ago, about the size of 1 GB; is that?
