I want to fix banner for the JAP game : Dragon Ball Fusions.TUTO:
FIX MISSING BANNER
2. Copy/Paste the banner9.bcmdl to create the missing banner.
3. Remane them to banner1.bcmdl, banner2.bcmdl, banner3.bcmdl... (don't touch the banner0.bcmdl or banner.cbmd)
I extracted banner.bin file with ba-GUI-nnertool but I have a single file bannerX.bcmdl, so how can I do to fix it?
Try to unlock all the .dll (see FAQ in the ba-GUI-nnertool folder)

This game works for me if I remember correctly
No CFW, I use the Gateway linker with old 3DS EUR. The game's icon is white in OSD menu, same thing with most JAP games!
I don't understand the FAQ, how to unlock .dlls in their properties?

- Launcher file is the last version from january 2016 : 3.7.1 BETA
- Re-dump? It's the release JAP of HR team/group (same white icon with most/all JAP games in Gateway)

For your problem with 3DS Explorer, try to unlock .dll or give me your error message
Try to use the 4.1 Beta from the Private Beta Program
The Gateway 4.1 Firmware is only to use the Gateway Time Machine feature. I don't need this, I have the 4.x firmware in sysnand.
And the Gateway 4.0/4.1 Beta Firmwares are "extremely risked" with non-advanced users!
But it's not normal to have alone bannerX.bcmdl file after extracting the banner.bin file!

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt. -
