No, they had worked on the story translation as well. Not finished but should get what they did do soon. Read back a few pages!

No one knows, no specific date has been given.
I like to think that, as far as they haven't released it yet, they might be still adding/revising stuff. It was near completion and I don't think if dasding was near done with translating a chapter he would simply stop there.
So let's just wait and give the team a little more time!
