I did the RiiConnect24 guide to try some of the stuff out. All good except the Photo Channel was working before, but now it says "This card is not useable" when I click on either button.
I sent an Email to the RiiConnect24 address. I'm just posting here because I don't know if they monitor it or not.

You're missing cios's. You can drag and drop your syscheck.csv onto modmii.exe and it will tell you what to do and provide you with the requires sd card files (https://modmii.github.io). Alternatively, you can do just this step from wii.guide (https://wii.guide/cios.html)

I have tried the d2x and when in it I only have the v3,v4,v5,v6 options. Not the v10. I have reloaded like 6 times and that is all I can get. Don’t know why. I will try the modmii side and see what it does. Than check and repost sys?

Good evening,

is that you have several folders of "" cios d2x install "" in APPS on your SD card, look good !! , normally you should see the "cios d2x installer" from the "wii guide" site on your SD in your APPS.

or try Modmii from @XFlak :yaywii:

the modmii with yawmm got it done. i also got to install the home screen wads i had for wiiflow, usbloader and neogamma. all is good. tested my drive and it works. functions properly. copied 10 games using wbfs gui hermes and it works on new drive. i am busy loading my 180 games onto second drive as a drive to drive copy of ciso. seems to be good.
on a side note i will have a second one coming to me for free and it was stuck like the first one here. i will do the same to it and if it gets going the only issue is it currently has some issues with maintaining the sync with a wiimote. maybe one of the drivers will help when i complete a mod. I will keep up to date on that one when i get it, maybe tomorrow.

thank you for the help and lead to the modmii. great work.

Issues maintaining wiimote sync is more likely due to a slowly failing Bluetooth module than anything else

Edit: also wbfs files are generally preferred over ciso, you may want to consider using wii backup manager to transfer games. It will convert to wbfs and automatically split them into 4gb chunks so it fits on a fat32 hdd

I understand. I have the wii backup manager as well. i actually used it to take a img burn iso of ssbb and make ciso and works on drive too. however after everything, the disc drive is not reading any disc. original wii or burn iso. neither on disc channel or through neogamma launch dvd drive. i do burn on 4x or less, on dvd full 4.37gb, and run verify during process.

here is my current sys check

Hi there.
My hacked Wii worked perfectly and I played an OoT mod before storing it for a while. Yesterday I got the dust off and plugged the Wii in, however the screen was black/white and not centered (it was too much up, resultuing in a black border on the bottom of the screen).
Anyone has an generell idea what this might be and where to look for fixes? I doubt it´s the CRT itself, since another (unhacked) Wii works perfectly fine in color und centered.

Hello,

have you been to see in the settings of the wii? ==> "wii settings" ==> screen

Do you have the same connections (RCA AV cable or others) as the unhacked wii?

Checked and tried all settings I could find. The connections were the same (just switched the consoles, the cables stayed the same)

Little silly question.
Exist any form to use Nintendo Switch pro controller in my Wii? I want to play PS1 games in WiiSX RX, but the Nintendo Gamecube buttons don´t fit in all buttons and i don´t want to spend in a Wii Classic Controller.
