Hardware Questions cooncerning 3ds repairs/hardmod

hi I wrote this forum in the homebrew section by accident so I m posting it here now since it was advised that I would receive better help. to sum it up I open my 3ds for repairs because the L and R button broke and the top and
bottom screen don't turn on. I notice the 3ds was dirty and was wondering what should I use to clean it without damaging anything. In addition I was wondering whY my 3ds screens don't turn on

Make sure all the ribbon cables are locked in place/aren't upside down, and use a microfiber cloth and/or canned air to clean it.

good to know. Do you know by any chance the specific name of the cable that controls the screens. I'm trying to figure out the name just in case If I have to buy spare parts
