Hacking Question for the powersaves powertag.

Is there a way to use my phone to write to the powertag and not use my pc so when im on the go with my Switch i can just write a new one with my phone. Ive tried Tagmo and it writes to it but it doesnt read in to the game.

You register your Amiibo before you're able to use it first.
Or atleast, that's what i heard.
