Can anyone rip text from tales of phantasia iOS version to use with psp version?

Recently I started to play again with my psp 3004 and I was wondering what is the latest CFW I could install on it. I have a PSP 3004 on OFW 6.20. I'm running CFW 6.20 PRO-C2

I am not familiar with PSP online, can I go on line (PSN) with 6.60 Pro-B10.

The latest versions of PRO can all access PSN.

Plugins used to be needed, but they're not anymore.
