PS4 Share Button Help for Soul Reaver 2 (FPKG)

I need some help with getting the Share button to work as Select button in Soul Reaver 2. I am using a PS4 controller on a PS4, but I cant access the Spirit Realm in the game due to Share button not working as Select button. Is there any kind of fix for this or not? I know how to set it up to play on my laptop, but I would rather play it on console.

Try pressing the button between share and options.

I have an off brand ps4 controller, and it won't work. This is my favorite ps2 game and I hate the fact my ps4 controller is too crappy to work with this game.
