Is there one that is able to do such thing?

Most PS1 backups I have are USA region, few JPN exclusives, and EUR copies when it didn't get a USA release so that it's playable in English. Forcing it to 60Hz would be great as they're in 50Hz. :/

I searched for "Duckstation 60Hz" and found this thread https://github.com/batocera-linux/batocera.linux/pull/3782 so has Duckstation added it? I never used this emulator before.

    only ps5 updated to latest firmware can go on psn, jailbroken ones just don't use psn or they risk getting flagged or banned, altho spouting profanity in online play alredy does that
