The correct title appears to be "Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney".

Layton games always take a long ass time being localized. I don't really know why to be honest. I know for the other games, they had to change puzzles because their puzzles were more Japanese oriented.
Also, I'm more excited for The Azran Legacy
