It's not getting here until 2014? That's quite a wait.

Sheesh, they should just rename this "Professor Late 'un vs. Finished Wright Now: Ace Attorney" and be done with it.

Layton games always take a long ass time being localized. I don't really know why to be honest. I know for the other games, they had to change puzzles because their puzzles were more Japanese oriented.

Also, I'm more excited for The Azran Legacy

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT! Can't wait! In fact, I almost bought a Japanese copy for the collection since I thought this wasn't going to happen. Glad I didn't now.

Oh, and they didn't say it wasn't a physical release, me likes that.

EDIT: HOLD IT! They used the original Phoenix Wright logo, not the one used from Justice for All onwards, WTF? Or maybe that's saying something about when in the AA timeline it takes place?

I actually bought the 3DS in anticipation of this game - glad it's finally coming over here.

On screen keys would be cool if the rubber ever fails
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I feel like at that point might as well go emulation lol

Some people just like using original hardware for the hobby point of it

You can easily buy replacement buttons but it's a good fall back
  • ColdBlitz @ ColdBlitz:
on screen keys would be cool but the gba screen is pretty tiny though :(
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
I'd rather use emulation but it's cool regardless again the main point of the Touchscreen isn't just for buttons but for menu options
  • ColdBlitz @ ColdBlitz:
would be way better for menu options
  • ColdBlitz @ ColdBlitz:
although I have huge doubts anyone would be able to make homebrew that would give support for the touch screen
  • ColdBlitz @ ColdBlitz:
then again theres still people who develop games on systems as old as the nes for fun

yet here we are seeing ps4 and even some (very experimental
    ) ps5 emulation
