Well, I have a9lh on my 2ds but the cias I have installed didn't show up I tried to format the sd and start again but the console is in a black screen every time I try to turn it on

Pd: I don't have any backup and I formatted the whole SD means no emunand ):

To boot your a9lh 3DS, you need the "arm9loaderhax.bin" file on the root of the sd card... X_X

Which CFW are you trying to use? Have you set up the sd folder structure correct?
I had rxtools before formatting and in my sd here just are the a9lh files

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Try this arm9loaderhax.bin:
(from luma3ds)
What fork of a9lh have you installed?

OR use this arm9loaderhax.bin: https://gbatemp.net/threads/arm9loader-technical-details-and-discussion.408537/page-82
("Put this on the root of sd card turn on 3ds wait a few seconds then press any button if the console shuts down when you press any button then you are not bricked.")
The same, it turns off itself when I press the power button

OK, so you have a9lh, phew! (your 3DS isn't hardbricked) Have you tried luma3ds? Try to use it to boot into your sysnand.

Edit: What? The power button? You are supposed to shutdown the 3ds with an other button with this arm9loadhax.bin (https://gbatemp.net/attachments/arm9loaderhax-7z.39669/)

I was watching a video about creating an emunand but if I can't boot no solution :/

that's me

OK! So yeah, you have just to put correctly the files. Your 3ds isn't bricked, that happens when it doesn't find the arm9loaderhax.bin file on the root of the sd card.
So, do this:
Try extracting this to your sd (replace anything if asked). https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases/download/v5.4/Luma3DSv5.4.7z If you have A9LH this should boot you into Luma3ds. Otherwise something has gone horribly wrong.

Edit: Is your sd card formatted to FAT32??

You have to use 7-Zip or WinRAR to unzip the .7z file, and then you drag the files that you extract to the SD card. Your 3DS will also not boot if you do not have a Nintendo 3DS folder. (Contains data)

For the NINTENDO 3DS folder... the 3DS can boot without it. But indeed, you have to place the arm9loaderhax.bin file on the root. (and be sure that the sd card is formatted to fat32, and not exfat).

Just start over again. Download the latest Luma3DS release, put the luma folder on the root of your SD card, and the arm9loaderhax.bin also on the root, your 3DS should just boot into Luma CFW (On Sysnand, since you deleted your Emunand)

Ok solved thanks all, the problem was that When I formatted the SD cart I created a logical Partition instead of the primary one
I tried because when I put the micro sd in my phone it was saying everytime that was damaged

Edit:I turned on the console and its on 11.0.0-33 version, Is it the sysnand?
