Hacking Problem in installing Popsloader .. Help Plz.

I have a 3004 psp CFW 6.20 pro-b9 model:04g and when i downloaded popsloader files from this guide : http://gbatemp.net/t301579-guide-to-instal...ader-on-pro-cfw i opened the installer and pressed x and it started installing (extracting) the files .. but when it comes to 3.50 it says : error in reading eboot.pbp ... can anyone tell me how to solve that?

Redownload or retransfer all the files and try again.

Yeah the download site's a bit picky and you won't always get the full file.
