Misc Pre-paid cards and Region lock

Hi!
I had this problem today, my Wii U was purchased in USA, but I'm currently living in México.
So, since it was easier for me, I bought a $20 Nintendo prepaid code card from eBay to be able to buy games from the eShop.

When I enter the code I get this error:
Error code 107 3110:
"The activation code cannot be used with your current country setting."

Then I changed the system country setting to USA and got this message:
Error code 102 2502:
"Online features cannot be used because the country settings on the Wii U console and Nintendo Network ID do not match.
Check the Wii U System Settings to ensure that your country of residence has been selected under country settings.

If the country setting is correct, create a new user on the Wii U and link it to a Nintendo Network ID that is valid in your country of residence."

I know it has to do with the NNID, but is there some way to set the country of residence to USA, like creating a new user or something like that?
I haven't bought anything from the eShop before, so I'm kinda puzzled here.

Is there something I can do to make this code work?

Contact Nintendo so they can probably give you a new code to suit that location?

Sorry, I was redeeming, anyways I just had to create another user with my USA address and problem solved. XD

So today I bought a Nintendo prepaid card but when I try to enter it in, I get Error 107-3110 even though it’s from ireland(My wii u region setting). Can anyone help?
