allow me to correct myself, since I realised I'm not being clear:
1. Birthday Wondercards are not on Mystery machine, because that is not how Pokemon Center Mystery gifts work. (they aren't on server; they're local events)

2. ProjectPokemon has, at minimum, the same wondercards as mystery machine, with exception to pre-release wondercards (policy to not release pre-release cards before the release date), and cards that ShinyQuagsire23's script grab when Gamefreak tests something.

Alas, PP also has other wondercards MM doesn't have,
or to be clearer, MM could be distributing them too, but sadly the format for distribution is not compatible, hence why it wasn't done.

This ain't no competition thing,
but for clarity sake,
do say once again, which wondercards are missing that Mystery Machine has?

Now onto the reason why I'm here:
What's the Pokemon in card 588 V test?
I'm assuming it's Victini? I don't use HANs personally, so I can't tell.
I'm rather curious.

(I don't know how long V test has been up, but they tests cards regulary; did it previously with Meowth, though in that case, it was using the same Secret ID/ Wondercard ID as now.)

PP Fanboy wouldn't be the right term, but lets just say I have a rather profound understanding in regards to Wondercards.

Plus, I was legitimately asking which cards PP.org were said to be missing.
Human err, and people miss out cards all the time.
If you're confident with your response, I will then apologize.

But until then, your statement in that particular context is incorrect, using Birthday wondercards as an example;
while it's true PP.org doesn't have all the birthday wondercards, Mystery machine doesn't have them too, as it's not how birthday wondercards work.
Also you claimed that MM has more cards than PP, but it's wrong also.

Again, not a competition thing, but I rather you not spread misinformation.

Based on the analysis of the 588 V-test wondercard that appeared,

I speculate that on the 1st of October 2016 (TID is 10016) is likely the Western distribution of Volcanion.
While it still uses the japanese wondercard text (means that the japanese event was used as a base template),
these are the notable differences:

1. OT is Helen instead of ネーベル (hence English giveaway as opposed to japanese giveaway.
2. Classic Ribbon instead of Wishing Ribbon
3. Location is Lovely Place instead of M16
4. Item is Assault Vest instead of RageCandyBar
5. Attacks are Steam Eruption, Flamethrower, Hydro Pump, Explosion (JP event was Steam Eruption, Overheat, Hydro Pump, Mist)
6. Uses the "Thank you for playing Pokemon" text. (original was "thank you for watching movie 16" text)

side note:
it may be possible for EU and US Volcanion to have different OT name.
It would not be the first time they had events that shared same SID but different OT Name.

I have install Pokemon omega ruby,save after latios.
The problem i have is that then i select target from homework launcher(version 1.1.0 i think) i can't find any of my games so i can install the patch.I am in luma cfw.Also i deleted the cias install of cias manager.

I'll describe to you the setup I just tried the other day that worked:

1. Using AL9H, auto boot into Luma
2. Install and Run HBL .cia (http://gbatemp.net/threads/release-...loader-for-cfw-users-cia-hbl-launcher.404151/)
3. Run ctr-pwn
4. Run Mystery Machine (my first setup) (ensure sdmc:/hans/ exist)
5. Run HANS.

At time of writing this,

He already updated and include Unova Darmanitan, Korean Gardevoir, US Volcanion (it was uploaded then removed from server, likely as a test. text fully in English)
and UK Volcanion Test (most data changed, but wondercard description still in japanese)

Small question, I started a new game and I used Mystery Machine to download the events but I did not speak to the Pokemon Center lady to receive the events. Before doing that, I wanted to know: How the received date is set?

Was it determined when I downloaded the events from the server? Or will it be decided when I'll actually get the Pokemon?

I wanted to do it the more "legal" way, we know that every date can be legal but I prefer my event to have the right date written. Should I change the date on my 3DS or I don't have another choice that editing it using PkHex?

Date is determined upon the event written to save (even before collecting from lady)

so provided you're starting another new game, change your 3ds date.

also ensure right regions

It is not possible to edit the date before getting the Pokémon from the lady but after downloading the card?
I would prefer to avoid editing the Pokémon after the PID is generated.

Can be edited with Pkhex.

Once the wondercard is received in the save, its already generated..
Well, I think the date may be editable if you extract it, edit it, and reinject it..
