Gaming pokemon lets go not working

both pikachu and evee are not working white square on sx os 2.3 switch 6.0 all the other games are working just fine incl newer games just released !
i got both games from trusted sites private !
tried on 2 new sd cards legit cards bought in a real legit store in the netherlands
format is exfat 32gb/64gb < other games work no problems !
when i press to start the game it says error no game card inserted or something like that !
dont have any cfw or homebreww installed !
iam using windows 10 64 bit i always safe eject the usb sticks and cards !
i formated the card via the switch and pc same problem
i put the games on the root of the sd card just like other cames

both games are not trimmed or splitt !!

i get a white square on my switch and the game wont start if i leave the download name the games works perfect !!
download name is this v-pokemon_lets_go_eevee < works perfect if you change it via switch backup manager to pokemon lets go eevee <wont work white square sx os 2.3 switch 6.0
