Pictures would help. I'm trying to RNG Groudon, I think I got the delay right but next try it was not what I wanted. For confirmation, is this a good spot for Groudon/Kyogre?

Hmm, did you follow the instruction: not opening wild view or others during delay?

On a lighter note, first try, just the right Jirachi on a really low frame! 22003. Edit, same session, Zygarde, and the event shiny Xerneas!

So I managed to totally screw up my EU SysNAND/JP EmuNAND setup by installing Bootstrap over AL9H.

Thankfully, Im back to square one now, the Gen 7 plugins work fine for my cart game, but my digital copy doesn't seem to load properly.

On a further note, where sould the AABBCCDD_code.ips file be stored on the sd card? I assume luma/payloads/code_sections?

Don't use it. It will give you always the same initial seed. This is for people who can't get they're initial seed from pc

More good event claims. Same streak on X, Yveltal, then a 6 hour wait fulfilled for Manaphy, another Manaphy from X, along with Mew.

The egg seed isn't changing for me when I accept or reject an egg..I'm playing the 1.4 version of Omega Ruby.

I ignore that, I have the same issue. I still get the eggs I want in the end as long as it's accepting the dummy egg on the desired frame and then accepting the desired egg.

I have found the cause of the problem. It's the Battle Resort Daycare. It works fine when you use the Daycare on Route 117

idk if I'm doing something wrong but I can't rng kyogre on AS. Whenever I try I get spreads that don't match my target frame and seems to be impossible to calc the rng advances in the cutscene as it is very inconsistent.

I've had the same issue with Groudon and the Regis, at least Regirock. I think these encounters lend itself to a timeline feature.

No timeline. Just a changing delay. Sometimes you'll have a constant delay anyway

Changing the console to N3DS and testing out gave me 2 possible delays and fortunately I got it right on the first discovered delay. They were off by 2, and the good thing was there were 4 frames with the same 6IV spread, so if the delay was wrong, the other would be right and I'd still hit a frame with the desired spread. I feel like with O3DS there's lag when you keep the RNG Tools overlay up. The Start+Up window I mean.

@SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, That's extra scummy. Ubisoft nowadays ship out incomplete games like Skull and Bones which was being worked on for nearly a decade now.

I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol

I never knew about it at the time but a fixed version was available but you had to mail in your broken copy lol

So that version is semi rare
