Is it possible to play the US cartridge version on a European 9.9 3DS with HANS (for region spoofing)...? Just to know if I should spend money on it...

Looked up people using HANS with Super Mystery Dungeon and found this, so I bet it is possible, yes but people here claim it can only run on 10.3 and HANS crashes.

I wouldn't buy the american version to play early because of the additional hassle of going through the homebrew launcher everytime, and this doesn't look like it works with HANS. :(
