i think the general gist of it was either repacking games by decrypting them first, or he is trying to manually initialize the newer keyslots for decrypting newer gamesWell, motezazer, I give up.
I tried to XOR the HEX string with everything I could think of, in vain.
Just tell me, was I looking in the right direction?

What is that ?
Well, knowing that, I feel kinda sad right nowYou were looking in the right direction.
Tip : don't use online xorers.
Tip 2 : use an hex editor to create your input file.
Tip 3 : Look at the structure of the hint files and you will understand how to create the xorpad (but there is a thing that can fool you)
Gah! You've got me intrigued now, but i can't look at anything cause i missed the hint files while watching tv.
Repetition of
indice2 followed by mirrored indice2
indice2 means index2
Maybe it has something to do with some index in a key or key slot number 2 or... maybe the stream is just that "key" repeated with it and its mirrored value... which I believe would be silly on nintendo's part, but what the fuck do I know, lol.
No, it's more simple.
Everything is on the first hint.
And "indice" is the french for "hint"...
I found the word "DECRYPT" inside the hint
