Ordering a new Hard Drive in 5 days, I'm excited

There's this Lenovo G50-45 that is my favourite machine, but since January 14 2021 the hard drive busted and would short-circuit the MB.



So, I'm getting a new HD in a few days now I know its the HD thats the problem! I'm planning to change both the arm and the PCB from the donor drive to the original drive to see if I can get my data back.

So excited!!

You'd need a specific hard drive PCB for swapping out the donor one.
