Hardware Old Mac IIsi booting problem

So, i recently found an old Mac IIsi in my closet and decided to hook it up and boot it.
However, the screen works fine, but when i try to boot the system, it just gives this weird ticking sound. Can someone tell me what's wrong with the system?

Whilst I haven't listened to the video, ticking sounds tend to be a symptom of HDD failure.

Hrm, you'd need to find a list of BIOS error beep codes for that model, a quick google didnt turn anything up for me.
