OCDM stands for Online Course Database Manager​

Features*:

• import and export courses, both** 3DS and WiiU
• cryptofix saves (if the game marked your save as "corrupted")
  • Note: this will overwrite the LockoutID in your courses, not in the save file, so please be fair and don't reupload others' courses
• make/apply save snapshots (exports all files which are used in the save)
  • Note: please format your save data before restoring your save otherwise the game could mark your save as "corrupted", and this one is not cryptofixable
• browse SMMDB
  • download courses
  • discontinued

*: these features are in the latest build at the time of editing this post, so functionality in the public build could differ
**: due to differences in the 3DS and the WiiU version, importing a converted course file on a foreign platform could crash the game on loading the course

iirc Miis show up if the level is not from your device, but if that's the case then it seems to crash after the level loaded, so idk wtf

Could it be within the course file? It would make sense. Maybe next to where it has the person's name.

the Mii is stored in the level file, but for some reason if I were just import a WiiU course to the 3DS version then it'll display the author's country flag with a placeholder Mii-shaped icon which has a question mark in it below the level name before crashing after the screen faded to black

idk if 3DS levels' Miis show up if someone else made them (because I can't access online to test), but importing a WiiU course without fixing it up first will cause the game to try to load the Mii (but it seems to fail so it'll just display a placeholder icon with a question mark on it), it'll show the author's country flag properly, but once the screen fades out it'll crash

There could be another checksum somwhere that displays the mii. On Wii U courses, there's a lot less empty space. I'll check when I get back home if anything lines up.

there is no empty space in the course data, and Mii data is the same across platforms (it's always Little-Endian), so that shouldn't be the issue

I meant used differently. It has to be some sort of check, that's why the game crashes. Or it hasn't converted the course correctly.

I was going to make it, so that you need to have an account on the site, log into it using your 3DS, then upload it using the uploader.

BTW, make sure that its legit data, because you don't want them uploading a .php file, copy all the data, and hax your site.

On SMMDB, you just have to login with your Google Accountvia OAuth2. You then get an API Key for the server, which you would have to store somewhere in the Homebrew app. The Homebrew app can then use my servers API to upload courses
