That looks fine. Stubs are OK, they are installed by a regular wii update, and do nothing. The only thing I see is you may want to update to Hermes cios rev 5.1, you are currently on rev 4.

Has anyone got a guide that will explain to me what IOS and cIOS's are and what is needed ect. I modded using modmii followed guide 110% and everything worked all my games work fine and had no problems, I know the saying "if its not broke dont fix it" but im merely after info like base and if I put say 249 base 38 on my wii will it over write my 249 base 57 ect.
Thanks in advance

I haven't read through all of the pages so I apologize if this has been asked. I want to downgrade my 3.4U to a 3.2U so I can install priiloader. Problem is I lost the SD card I used to install my homebrew. Will I need to download all of those files again and set up my SD card as it was for homebrew to recognize it, or will I be able to downgrade just by downloading the correct files to my SD card?

I have done four mods in the past, but it has been over a year since my last one. Looking at the stickies there seems to be two popular choices, the xzxero Complete SoftMod Guide, and the XFlax ModMii. ModMii seems pretty neat. Is that becoming the preferred method now? Outside of needing WiFi, any main reason to choose one method over another?

@steveg78 - Red Wiis are just like any other Wii (except its color) - You hack them just the same.

@wuher69 - You can use either, both will get the job done. ModMii has more info and all the bells and whistles, Neither need the Wiis Wifi, both pre-load all data from your PC to an SD card.

I used to use xzxero's guide, but now use Mod Mii, as its easier to update.

Wait, you want to downgrade to 3.2 so you can install priiloader??? But priiloader works with any system menu all the way up to 4.3. I would recommend using ModMii to rehack your wii, because that will make sure all your hacks are up to date, and upgrade you to 4.X (I recommend 4.1), as well as get priiloader. It should work with any regular sd card as well.

If you just want priiloader though, download it here: http://code.google.com/p/priiloader/downloads/list
and then download this: http://priiloader.googlecode.com/svn/trunk.../hacks_hash.ini (right click > save link as...)
Then, extract the "apps" folder to the root of your sd card, and put the hacks_hash.ini on the root of your sd card. Now just start up the priiloader installer with the homebrew channel and you are good to go.

Again, Priiloader works with any system menu (that includes 3.4)

I can run backup games without a problem w/ Neogamma r8, but original Wii games don't read. Could somebody please help me with this?
Laser. Replace it or clean it.
I've had the same before, originals seem to die before backups

Thanks. Another noob question. Where are the game settings stored? Do I need to use WII backup manager to copy from the existing hd to my 2.5" drive. It will be so nice to have a self contained drive which I don't need to power up/down with the WII and so much easier to backup games with my PC.

You can but don't have to if just copying from one drive to another and the other is also fat32 (assuming thats what your new one is formatted as), you can just copy the wbfs folder, copy paste job in windows

I have an unmodded Wii 4.3E. I really want to back up my save files, especially Pokemon Ranch, preferably without installing anything. I've got the Return of the Jodi thing working and can use it to load .elf files, and I have a .dol called PussieLoader that was made to temporarily remove copy-protection on saves.

Is there any way I can run this .dol file without installing the Homebrew Channel, Preloader, etc.?

Thanks
