Hey guys,

Back when this game was out (NSMB) I got myself a backup copy that purportedly wasn't patched for the BCA protection. The thing is that it worked "out of the box" with my modchip (Wiinja Deluxe not updated since beggining of 2008).

How could have this been? Is the only way for the ISO to be patched or maybe something else happened?

EDIT: Also... how can I check if the .dol in the ISO is patched or not?

    so that seems to be a pretty common thing, i kinda blame the dev for that one though as they were giving out like 5 keys to someone just because they asked for multiple copies for review for whatever reason and there were multiple people doing this. he should've seen the red flags
