Wow, this thread gets a lot of pages real quick, can anybody tell me what's happened since the last two weeks?

Great BasedSamurai . Now you've pissed offyou know posts like this piss me off quite alot. You gotta understand that you cant just "fix" a issue, it takes months of analyzation, thoughts, theories and tests to fix certain issues. Especically starfox adventures is a big problem, the subtitle issue happens even in programs like diosmios or dolphin so those issues have been around for several years already.
there are still some known arstartdma games that have issues and dont work on any of the exceptions so we may still be missing a pattern or something like, ghost recon 2,rainbow six 3,nfl street 2 not sure if games like xmen legends suffer from those issues too so if a single solution can cover all arstartdma games it would be nice but it wont be easy at all this is probably the last big change left to find that can affect more than one game.Right. I was just trying to think of a way to pass the priority to the ARStartDMA function from ARQPostRequest, in case that was the cause. I was just passing along what information I had in case you didn't know and it would help.
I'm still studying your code to figure out exactly how your patch works. It does work, though, so good job.
Part of me still wants to find a single, generic patch that works for all games, but maybe that's just wishful thinking.
Pac-Man World 2 does have a NTSC-U release [GP2EAF] which also makes r197-onwards Nintendont to not play nice with USB Loader GX (so that debunks your theory, as does the fact that Paper Mario - which has a definite NTSC-U release - also doesn't run with USB Loader GX); sourcing from GameFAQs tells me that Taxi 3 is indeed a PAL exclusive (...developed by Ubisoft Montreal. Montreal is most definitively not a PAL city. Huh?).I noticed both [Taxi 3 and Pac-Man World 2] are PAL region only
I was just asking, not requesting, no need to be pissed.

I have the US version (indecated by the "E" symbol) but unlike Pac-Man World 3 which is really NTSC, I noticed that Pac-Man World 2 is in fact PAL converted to NTSC, it seems all versions I saw that claim to be NTSC are in fact PAL converted to NTSC, as for Taxi 3 it's obviously PAL only!-Pac-Man World 2 [GP2E69]:
