* Added Segaboot bios to Bios Download Section (Both separate and to All)
* Added AX to Segaboot exception for now to make it boot properly
* Slightly increased "USB Init" delay in order not to see the "usb not plugged" for a fraction of a sec

I am using GX to load my games, i have downloaded the bios using the nintendont mod but they do not show

Man that Blackscreen and bios booting is BRILLANT! but I found a bug here. If I have a theme already installed and select "load games in black screen" It won't work until I remove my theme (png image). other than that it's perfect
